I have applied for DIN on behalf of my, twice, but on both the occassions his application was rejected stating the reason that address provided in the application form do not match with those provided in the supporting documents.
Be it notes herethat along with the application form i submitted copy of PAN and voter's Identity Card.
I mentioned the address same as mentioned in the Voter's identity card, inspite of that provisional DIN was rejected with the above reasons.
What should i do now?

give the provisional din number along with complete details such as first name, middle name and surname as entered in the application of both the applicant and his father, further state the dob of the applicant. I will advise accordingly after receipt of the above details.
