Can anyone list out the basic disability an insolvent person suffers from? I found that the sections available in the The Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 & THE PRESIDENCY- TOWNS INSOLVENCY ACT, 1909 to be extremely limited & perhaps does not cover the whole aspect of the disability suffered by an insolvent. Also do inform if there are any other article or rules where such a list of disability mivght be available.
