disbursement of subsidy case

dlc committee rejected the d.g set subsidy case after one and half year from giving permission to purchase and install the subsidized d.g set in 2015,i continously request them to reverse the decision of dlc committe at department level till now, what can i do?

have you applied in writing for information under RTI? if not then tell me i will tell you the way.

I filed rti for orders only on which they taking stand to reject the case.and sent a request letter for review the decision.

I filed rti for orders only on which they taking stand to reject the case.and continously from 2015 to this year sent request letter for review the dlc decision.
