Discharge petition

1)It would be great if I can get any Honorable Apex court Judgments (case No.) in which discharge applications have been dismissed if there is a prima facie case against the accused. (Background - 504 & 506 against wife's family filed by father in law through pcr prior to which 2ncrs were filed by father in law reason for husband not filing ncrs was he was sick and the same has been mentioned in pcr also abuses were hurled on entired husbands family and now wife's family have applied for discharge by providing all false details in their application and are claiming to have no prima facie case even though we have audio records, call records secured by police and eyewitnesses .In the dicharge petition they have cited two judgments where discharge petition has been allowed ).We want to counter them with good judgments where discharge petitions have been dismissed. 2) It would be great if any of you can share the CRPC number which empowers relatives or witnesses to file police complaint on behalf of the victim.Post the discharge petiotion police have filed a supplementary chargesheet adding husband as a witness.
