party A was in enjoyment of a govt land for last 40 yrs and paying penal charges assessed. a local govt body tries to intrudes into it. party A files a case and it gets dismissed.
what is the different between dismissed and lost in a civil case. is it equivalent to getting lost.?
the govt body has not taken any action or filed execution pettion to move forward withh any activity? .it has been a year..can party A still go for a appeal by asking for condonation of delay?
