Dispose of marital disputes expeditiously: sc to family cour

Unless more Courts are created and judicial appointments are filled up in all Courts it will be some time to see speeding up of civil/criminal cases happening in India. it is amusing to hear the other day Hon'ble PM requesting SC to speed up MP's criminal cases to which SC advised of above to Govt. 

Its like passing  the ball into each other's court .Lip service :-)
