Please suggest :
One of my uncle (my own grandfather's brother's son) is not allowing
1.to use common path to enter my own room.
2. threating also not to allow one of my lessee to use the same path to enter lessee's own room.
Should I first inform Local party, then Police station then move to court. Please advise with rights of my lessee's also.
He is creating disturbance to other family memebrs also.
