Dispute homeloan

With out my concern THFL (TATA housing finance limited) issued home loan to other candidate which is not realted to me. The loan is not at all related to me but it affected my credit score and banks rejected my loans due to this, Im following up with them since 2015 and in 2016 they gave letter mentioning loan not related to me but it does not affect the same in CIBIL.
