I have purchased a flat in Pune. I completed the deal with builder. when I submitted the document to SBI for home loan After I got the they found that there are two plot name specified in the deal. when we checked more we found that all the document including the plan pass document have the both the plot specified there. But the document file he shared with me was having ownership details for only 1 plot. He don't have any government registered document for other plot. It will be less than 7 days we have completed the deal.
