Dispute on land development

Dear All,

A leagal notice sent on a plot purchased from the developpers more than 10 years back. Most of the plots are used for residentail purpose and families are living thier lives.

Few remaining ones are stopped for costruction by sending notice to Water and Electricity board. How would one can defennd if he/she want to get utility connection until case solved by taking whatever time it takes.

Please advise....

Thank you

Dear sir Thank you for the response .. queries more towards provision in the law. Is it possible to ask not to provide basic service by sending notice to utility board. All of these hundred families leagally owned plots then and now few interested parties put a case claiming we are not involved in the selling land and claiming equal rights from thier family members who sold. Case is on all of the current owners as well as developers . Hope I could able provide required information Thank you
