Dear all,
My grandfather gifted me a house on 12/08/2013 through registered gift deed. Now when i had applied for its "ferfar" i.e. application to grampanchayat to include my name ,then they reply to me that "papers like assesment paper for the house which we have provided to you before making deed was found not updated and actual area that your house bears is now half of previous one, so if you are ready to sign a non objection certificated about the same then only we can include your name on our records "
but here problem arises that if i sign any such NOC then it may challenge my registered gift deed.... Please help me out should i sign or not????????
