I have a property in Bangalore,Karnataka which was purchased 10 years back.It was a second purchase and the seller had bought 25 years back.Recently I came to know the original seller who had sold 25 years back had created other false documents and sold it to some other party(This party has sale deed and khatha in his name).I contacted this third party and we came to a conclusion to jointly sell the property.Is it legal to sell the property which has 2 sale deeds and khatha? Should we both be the vendors and execute the sale deed? Is relinquishment deed appropriate in this scenario?
