Dissolution of partnership (at will)

(1) What happens to the Partnership (at will), if 2 of the 3 partners send notice for dissolution of the firm? (2) Do the partners need to assign any reasons for sending Dissolution Notice? (3) Can the single partner who is left-out, prevent the dissolution in any manner (4) What happens to intangible assets whose valuation is disputed by any partner?
