Hi! Are there any authentic and really good online/distant learning courses dealing with property laws? i am not a lawyer by profession but would like to get into some learning regarding property laws dealing with landlord/tenant disputes, co-op societies disputes in mumbai, redevelopment disputes of old buildings...etc..

All laws are governed by principles of natural justice, the constitution, the specific laws, rules made there under, the bye-laws, orders notifications regulations etc....
