Distribution of property of grandfather among grandchildren

Sir,

My grandfather kept a place on tenancy in Mumbai. He passed away in 1946. He had three sons. Eldest son and his wife died (my uncle and aunty) without any children.  Youngest son and his wife died (my father & mother) who are survived by 3 sons (me and 2 brothers of mine). Middle son died, survived by his wife and 2 sons.

How the receipt from tenancy rights are to be distributed, in terms of % of share for each legal heir.

I have attached herewith graphical representation of the situation.

Regards,

USM

As per the attached graphical representation there are 6 members surviving (one widow of a predeceased son and 5 grandchildren).  All the 6 persons will get an equal share.  Each person will get 1/6th share.

I have arrived at the above distribution as follows : Full property divided into 2 (one for each son who has died leaving legal heirs behind).  The 1/2 property is further divided into 3 parts for each legal heir(widow and children) of such predeceased son.
