There has been an agitation politically sponsored, motivated, abused and ran for the division of the state Andhra pradesh.Thye state divide had been played for political advantages rather than for other sound reasons like administartive conevninece and the country security.Can i approach the court of law seeking guidelines and reasons for dividing any part of the country ?
