Divorce

Hi,

My wife she is having an relationship with another married man. I have full evidence for the same. Also she is staying in my home. Not even a year is completed. Can I give divorce directly even if she is staying with me in my home. Please suggest me.

Divorce can be granted by the court and not by you directly and only after a year has passed even if the two of you are staying under the same roof based on the grounds available for divorce like cruelty , adultery etc .

@ bharath what evidences you have of her illicit relationship ? Why didn't you raise the issue with her parents , your parents , with her , ? how she know that person , is she knew him before marriage ? pl. give full facts of the case .
