Divorce

I want to get divorce on the following grounds

1)   My wife has  abandoned  me  for the past 6 months

2)   My wife is a Psychiatric patient. I have a few prescripttions   regarding the same

3)   I have voice recordings in my mobile where she has misbehaved with me

4)   Though  she delivered a child in 2011, but she was unable to conceive  again

Whether I can get divorce on the above mentioned grounds

Please give proper treatment to your wife and one child is enough. Other hand, It's not a ground for divorce also and never think of it. By thinking so, you will spoil three lives.

Did you marry for divorce or seeking divorce for re-marry?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     30 December 2014

You may answer the question raised by expert and senior counsel respected Roy Sir first and then search for an answer. In any case, you cannot seek divorce on the grounds or reasons stated by you, better look for an amicable and peaceful living with her.
