for normal wear and tear in a matrimonial life you wont get divorce.for that you need to file case on strong grounds.better try to mediate with elders from both sides and try to solve the issue amicably

Hi Sudheer... Getting married for the second time is more complex and you cannot be sure of getting a good girl again.

So, if you have some love and trust left on your wife, give yourself and her sometime to settle down and rethink so that you may be able to restart.

Else, ask for MCD which you can get it in 6 months. 

Get her saying same in court, and you get divorce, as simple as that.

@Sudheer - File a divorce case through a lawyer and get it. As simple as that. :)
