I and my Wife have decided that we cannot move further and want divorce. She left the home few days back. In a hurry, i immediately removed all the money from our joint A/c. Also i removed all the money from her personal A/c as i had one cheque signed by her with me. Whenever she comes to know about it. Can she file Sec 420 or Sec 406 on me or any other section for this that can send me to jail. What are the remedies (now that i hav already done it)

she can file NI 138 case incase cheque is bounced.

Respected sir, i am hindu, pls advise what are the legal divorce, some advoacates are saying divorece on stamp paper and registred in notary of office, some saying register in sub registrar office.some saying court divorece is legal..pls advise which is legal divorece. Thanks
