divorce

my wife is not staying with me when ever I call her and tell her to come back to me. she is telling me I dont want to stay with u and I want divorce.and in police station or in front of other people she says I want to stay with my husband but he doesn't stay with me. I have all call recordings and msg of her.i had sent her notice also that come to stay with me but she did not recv the notice she told postman that this is a rong address if I take divorce then will I have to give her maintenance

wife can claim maintenance in case she is unable to maintain herself and you have all means to maintain her

if she is not living with you then she can ask for maintenance any time

and if the wife is educated and can work and earn for herself even though the husband have to pay her maintenance ?
