Under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the parties can seek divorce by mutual consent by filing a petition before the court. Mutual consent means that both the parties agree for peaceful separation. it depends if the wife wants maintenance or not. if she does, then it will be calculated based on ur income.

1. Kindly prefer to FIRST file Divorce petition on the grounds mentioned by you.
2. Let Wife decide on what all she wants and how she wants to deal with you.

This is not a ground for divorce.
Fact posted suggest the query to be an academic exercise to give an examination.
However, if there is some truth in the story it would be advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

There is no option other than divorce by mutual consent.
