Divorce

Dear Sir,

I was married in 1973 and my wife has left my home own her own accord and since 1974 she is living at her parents home and after 36 years she filed case for maintainance. in cross examination she conferm that she is living at her parents house on her own willing so please gude me how i can get divorce from her.judgement is not yet declered i have to pay maintainance or not? and how i get seoeration from her

Right of maintenance is a legal right and it depends on circumstances whether particular wife is entitled or not for maintenance . There are few excuses , if your case will fall under these excuses only than she will be disentles mere ground that she is living with her parents is no ground for disentitlementt.

Fight back she is living without any valid reason do not entitle for maintenance. You can get many judgements
