I am a practicing muslim married to a girl from christian under spceial marriage act, We have been seperated for almost a year now, My queries are:-
1) Can i go ahead with second marriage without divorce in the muslim act?
2) I want the custody of the child ( age 7 years 3 months ), as the mother of the child is not in a position or a stable job to take care.
3) What is my position of getting a decree and the position of the custody of child if i apply for a divorce.
4) Can she demand for a settlement, and how much time would it take to get a divorce.?
5) while in the process of the divorce can i still keep the child as the my son is with me , and i live with my parents.
