Dear Querist

without notification and consent of the president there is no procedure to make a law, this is only a bill passed by the parliament after consent of the president and notify in the gazatte it can be become a law.

Don't get so over-joyed with 6 months cooling period waiver.

The bill ammendment also proposes to give 50% movable and immovable property of husband to be given to wife.

Such a law should be enforced for all the citizens and not only for one community. We should raise our voice that law of the land for a country of 1.2 billion people should not be tailor made but uniform for all its citizens.
