Divorce

Respected Lawyer Sirs,

My husband applied for divorce on 2012 . I could not attend the proceedings as I have a minor son ,so asked my lawyer to represent me because of my bad health asking for dates.

The case was set to ex parte by the family court in 2014..

I want to challenge ex parte order in the AP High court and transfer the case to my native place where maintenance case is on going.

Please kindly advise what I need to do.

Definitely you can challenge in appeal in High court within the stipulated time in the lower court order. There may be time limit for appeal. Go through the order.
