Dear Experts,
My friend child custody and divorce petition has dismissed by family court. now my query is as under:-
his lawyer is saying that he has to appeal in high court. its ok but he is saying that my friend has to pay both side legal expenses in appeal is it correct?
if husband get defeted in any case and he has to appeal in upper courts is he has to pay both side expenses?
if wife get defeted in any case and she will appeal than who will bear both side expenses?
please revert point wise.
