Divorce & wife demanding her entire earnings back

Hello,

My wife filed for divorce, DV, & 498a. I have got AB from Kerala HC. Yesterday was the 1st round at mediation. She asked for her gold back as part of mediation. I have agreed to the same (it has been pledged for Loans & I can release and give back the same). She is asking for her entire earning during the period of our marriage i.e. 9 years. I need to know whether such consideration is considered by the court. I have little records of how the money was spent during the last 9 years. We dont have any property brought during this period. Most of the amount was spent on treatment for IVF (5 times). We have a Baby 1.5 years old. Three months after the child was born, the fights began. I have moved under G & W to see the child as I have not seen my daughter for the last 11 months. She was an higher earning member in the family.

Could someone enlighten me how to handle such an demand from the estranged wife. We live seperately at the moment. I want to settle the issue but entire earnings amounting to according to her (60 Lacs) is not affordable for me.

I have a small business. I can pay whatever she demands, but over a period of time. Does court provide for such deferred payment.
