Hello experts,
I filed divorce and wife asked the interim maintenance. The interim maintenance case is delaying the divorce case. Is it possible to proceed the divorce case alongside the interim maintenance case or the divorce case can be continued only after finishing the interim maintenance case?
Please advice me.

Thanks Laxmi sir.
But my lawyer told court will first finish the maintenance case and then only take the divorce case. So the divorce case is on hold now.
