Divorce and maintenance

Hi All, My wife filed divorce petition under HMA. Subsequently she filed maintenance under sec 24. My wife worked earlier and presently she resiigned job and sitting idle. I have xerox copy of her company ID card,appointment letter and salary a/c bank passbook. Whether these documents court will accept and she worked earlier and is capable to earn so that i can avoid maintenance?
