You say your lawyer mislead you. Is it means, he did not explain what are the case he is filing against your husband,, FIL, BIL or he explained it and you did not able to understand.
When you sign on the paper, you did not ask on what are the ground you are going to fight against your husband.
You given list PC 498(a),323,341,504,506 R/W 3 and 4 along with DPA cases. My god, how many years you need to fight for it. Madam, can you tell me what are you going to get after winning the case and grap the money. pls tell me.
