Sir, You need to take the bail for yourself and your parents at the place where the FIR is registered .... Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Advocate 9899011450

Presently police will send you a notice alling you for giving your version of story. As it is now mandatory for police to send the matter for counselling and setllement as it is a matrimonial dispute.

Dear Kapil Sir

Thanks

As per one of my friend who is lawyer says. she should apply for 498A at  place where offence is done means where he stays. Legaly it is not right to apply 498 A at her hometown.

Dear Rit Sir

Thanks

Can i apply for AB when police call for Counselling .. or i shold apply now itself

(Guest)

Its upto you. If you have the intimation that she has filed the complaint you may go and file AB

Rit Sir

I have already applied for AB at my current location i.e at Pune.

I need to apply for AB at my wife residence location also. My hometown & her hometown district is same..
