Divorce based on lie made before marriage

Sir,

I was married on 30 jan 2013, and we are a reserved conservative family, my wife found it difficult to adjust,

and after 2 months I met with an accident with multiple fracture in my left leg.

now since I'm on bed(at home not at my work location) and she was unable to adjust.. many fights sued in my home between my wife and my family. I plead her to compromise as I will take her to my work location as soon as I'm healthy again, but to no effect. I tried recording her calls and found that her father was fueling her to these fights. I made her to promise me that she will not talk to them or meet them. but she keep at it.

Now, conditions worsen, she didn't compromised and left with her parents saying she would return in 2 days.

now I had it enough and want to give divorce to her.

my other grounds would be:

1. I found out she has calcium deposited in her brain as is taking regular medicines for past 3 yrs, which she and her family didn't disclosed before marriage, i have recording regarding the same.

2. I found out she is still talking to her ex-lover after marriage and was forced to marry me by her parents.

now will I be given divorce?

Ankit these all are allegations which you are imposing on her you have to prove it , you can file divorce after completion of one year of marriage it means you have at least 33 days left , utilize these days and collect evidences against her which supports your allegations , i suggest you 1. Take her medical report , X-ray , ultrasound , prescripttion report of doctor and all the other relevant documents of her disease to an expert doctor and take the advise about her disease and also how old is this , only then it will be proved that it was before marriage disease . 2. collect proof of her illicit relationship after marriage. 3. if you will prove it then you can file divorce on the above said grounds .

I think you are coming out with the allegations on her namely, she is taking medicines for her chronic ailment, she is still talking to her ex-lover etc., i.e., creating a ground to justify your reason for seeking divorce from her, instead of hitting the topic directly why do you have to say that she is not coping up with your family members, she is quarreling with you, she is acting on the basis of her father's advise.  If you have decided to take a call on her this way, you can do it directly instead of finding false allegations on her.  the calcium storage in her brain or her talking to her ex-lover cannot be a valid ground for divorce, try some other gimmick, instead, why dont you allow the time to answer, wait and watch, that, in a matter of another six months separation, she will definitely come back to you apologizing  for all her mis-deeds, if there was any or else you can go for divorce case against her as you have  planned now.
