Respected Members,
I and my husband want to get a divorce by mutual consent. We both don't want to live with each other anymore but the court had asked us to live with each other for the next six months. Is there any way so that we don't have to go through this phase and can divorce each other now only rather than after six months??

You have already stated to have moved to the Court for mutual consent divorce wherein 6 months cooling period has been directed through an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, what is his / her advise ?
