Divorce case & not able to approach kid

My Ex she just filled a divorce in here native. And there was no representation from her for last 5 hearings. Whether her petitions will get disposed. Then if there is no case shall i able to take my kid away  by informing to the police station. Please sugest 

In a legal point of view, child should be with one parent at any given time. That is welfare.

Taking custody of child from her mother should be done pronot.

There is no kidnapping case on a parent. It is myth.

Whatever happens after that let the court decide..

Make sure no physical voilence occurs with her mother when child is collected. You may restrain her.. But nothing more.. Wife will have to make attempt to take back child..

What are you waitng for?

Remember someone already has cliamed your wife . Now someone else is claiming your child...
