one man who is teacher fille a divoce case agt.epilepcy wife as mental pation than after few days he and his family torcher his wife maentaly and physicaly and gate out jis house . she unkonw about divorce case .she filled 498a and 125 high court bail grant agt rs1500/- per month .pls help ,thanks xyz

MAINTENANCE ISSUE; Indian laws are generally more sympathatatic to women, specially in maintenance related cases, A women is at her liberty to file applications under section 125 crpc, Section 24 & 25 of Hindu marriage act and under domestic violence Act simultaniously. If u choose to file a divorce application under section 13 of HM Act, ur wife can definately file a application under section 24 or 25 of the said act and this application shall be disposed off within sixty days of filing DON'T FORGET that divorced wife is also entitled for maintenance UNTIL she remarry.
