Divorce case in high court duration

it cannot be estimated how many days/years a contested divorce will take easily from filing to one year to .....

The matter is in High Court, that means it is Family Court Appeal, you are notspecifying whether EDecree is challenged or Dismissal is challenged  

So far as tme is concerned...no time can be estimated, but you can see Chennai High court board n see where your matter is on board high, low....best way, somewhere you come for mutual consent that is faster n immediate

easily contested divorce can go upto 5 or 6 years due to some or the other issue.if its divorce through mutual consent then it can take around  6 months to 1 year
