I have been married for the last 3 years, since then I had problems with my in laws as they had a different attitude towards me and my family.I think they were not able to boss over us but we tolerated all this as my wife was adjusting well with us.
Off late my wife has also started behaving rudely and is hurting my parents.
She is picking up quarrels on pity matters and I am no longer able to take this.
I currently don’t have any property in my name , but will inherit my parents property .
My wife is working for the last 2 years and she earns around 3.6 lakhs per annum.
I wanted to know if we file for a divorce will my wife have a claim on the property or will have to give her alimony.
