Sir can someone pls email me the draft/format of divorce deed urgently.
What are the documents required , when a wife filed 498 & dv , statement, cross is over and later both want to file divorce on mutual consent and where we need to file the applications, in trial court or high court.

you need to file consent petition in family court take help of lawyer to file consent petition .
