Divorce due to unhappy marriage

Me and my wife got married in Feb 2023. Since the start of the marriage, we are facing challenges due to different customs and traditions.

My wife doesn't respect my family members, and even me. She does only what she likes to do. She often talks rudely with my family members.

I am going through a bad phase I may lose my job as my company might get closed. In this difficult time also my wife is forcing me to take her on foreign trips. I told her clearly that I couldn't plan trips due to stress in my work. But she keeps blaming me and harassing me that I am useless etc.

She enjoys her life and keeps her life secret. In my bad times, she is no support. She tortures me by taunting me every time. I tried all possible means to make her understand but no use. Most of the time I end up getting distressed and hurt and sometimes I also shout at her.

She is in a good job and earning equal to my salary. I told her multiple times that I am not happy with her and I couldn't bear this torture and I wish to get separated. She is not agreeing to leave me. She just wants to stay comfortably with me. She doesn't contribute at home financially and forces me to bear all her expenses. She keeps her money secret but wants to know all about my savings.

She left my home for her parent's house telling me that she has got a work-from-home facility and she wants a break of 2 weeks so she is going to her parent's home. To my surprise, I got to know that she was on her planned tour of 15 days and lied to me. Now I have serious doubts about her.

I can't take this mental harassment for long. I want to initiate a divorce. Please guide me on what can be done.

From your contention it can be understood that these are trivial issues especially considering the short marriage period.

She may become alright as the days passes, if not, she may aggravate the things to an intolerable extent.

If you feel that it will not be possible for you to continue this kind of life with her now, you may file a petition for judicial separation for now and if there is no improvement in her life style or behavior or cooperation in the married life, you may convert the judicial separation petition to divorce petition at  a a later stage.
