I posted earlier too. I live in UK (settllement visa but Indian citizen). Wife is Indian lives in India. Married for 20 years and 2 kids. My wife had an extra marital affair and I recorded her physical relations audios through her phone. She confessed verbally and I recorded her confession. Now I do not want to live with such a wife. Since I live in UK how do I file for divorce? Can I do it in Uk or I have to file it in India? Will her confession be sufficent to prove adultery? What alimony can be granted? How long will the divorce take? Can any false case be filed against me or my family in India?
