Usually when wife seek divorce, husband is quite happy to agree for it provided its divorce by mutual consent where no blaming game is done by either side. If this lady ready for amicable settlement for divorce without seeking alimony etc. from her husband, then matter can be resolved in an amicable manner. As far support to the woman is concerned that no one will come forward unless such person has some personal interest involved. As far so called women organizations are concerned they are more political minded bunch of those women of the society who hardly have anything to do but indulge in such nuisance.

Instead of protracted litigation prefer;

Counseling by elders, well wishers, mediators for both spouses and to lead married life with sense of respect and care for each other…

Or MCD on reasonable T&C…….

The spouse that is being accused may agree on suitable T&C including financial amounts towards onetime settlement for everything including, maintenance and alimony, said jewellery, cash..

IT can be quick and easy.

Any spouse may keep unshakable witnesses, lawyer, police while leaving and preparing inventory of items taken…even audio/visual…

If you wish you may seek free legal aid may be sought from Distt. Legal Service Authority….

It may be within courts complex..

The authority can counsel, guide in detail…

Search for help groups locally or use google…

e.g;

https://www.naaree.com/how-to-report-domestic-violence-in-india-call-these-helplines/

https://www.awagindia.org/

There are many help groups for men as well…

Some of them indeed appreciated by either of the spouses…
