Divorce granted wht next?

Dear All,

I'm really happy to be here as a advise seeker and student.

yesterday it was my day, in an landmark judgement, judgement came in favour of me, my fought for justice came to an reality.

Lot of challenges i faced during my journey to get divorce, this judgement almost slaughtered big named attorneys in bangalore who challenged me.

most of the lawyers advising me to get marry irrespective of appeal in high court incase if they go for it.

so is it right to get marry?

Regards,

Srinivas

30 days is the appeal period for divorce case right? what if they went for appeal should i wait till that high court verdict?

I heard they have to get cancel the judgement to stop my marriage during appeal period is this correct?

No, if she appeals in HC then you have to wait till the pendency of the case.

You can marry but after the appeal time lapse. If the O/P doesnot file any appeal with time you can marry but till then wait.....Best of luck...congratulations
