hello sir/madam
a woman is my relative. who is married since from last 5 years. But after few month of marriage his husband torture her.and she comes at own parents home. She have no any proof of torture but she d'nt want to live with her. she also have a baby from him. He is rejecting for divorce. She d'nt want any compansation ,she only wants divorce and she also want to remarry to another. the case of divorce still running from 4-5 years.financially she is very poor. She only wants divorce.. please suggest what should she can do. For this long time case she also mentally tortured
