I have divorce proceedings going on in Court and i want to read all the rules/acts applicable . I am a HIndu and my marriage was done based on HINDU MARRIAGE ACT. To my knowledge I know HINDU MARRIAGE ACT , INDIAN DIVORCE ACT . Is this correct . Can you also specify additional acts if any . I want to read them to understand so that in subsequent hearings i can argue accordingly.
