6. but you have to make it as procedural way and step by step.
7. file divorce petition on grounds of voilence and cruelity
8. feel free to call and raise your voice and raise it high,set example for your daughter so that she will never suffer things like such even in dreams.

There are two options available to you based on your abrupt brief before us;

1. Offer him “MCD option” and part ways with your stridhan and your daughter and start fresh in life.

2. Pack your stridhan along with your daughter and "desert" him and start fresh in life.

I disagree to @ Anish advice which is not sustainable remedies for a 17 years old married self dependent wife read with a 15 years old daughter.  He is offering you 5 cases and average they will not only cost you 60 K (keeping Anish SC practice claims as stated in his profile) but minimum 6 - 8 years petition writer to advocate(s) chambers to Oath Affidavit Commissioner to CAW Cell to mediation center to police station to various civil to criminal courts sightseeing visits with on-off tagging (exposing) your daughter to these places as you cannot leave her behind alone. Offcourse you will get (some) relief’s interlocutary meantime but then you meanwhile see yourself and your about to become major daughter's social tagging long term vision till finality of his suggested full-house pack of caces, that is why I differ here socio-legaly to him and suggested you only two options out of which pick one which eventualy leads to quicker "divorce" only.
