thank u shonee i have my MC on 10 of OCT they have not filed objection for 1 1/2 yr and have moved an application HMA 24 which is pending they say that afterthat is heard they will file objection can it be done like that or i can file application under Order 8 Rule 1 of CP. i fighting PARTY IN PERSON

Bro, Sec24 in divorce proceedings is a unique provision at the hands of defence. Mr. Shonee/others may hit the mark, but whatever I know, I am sharing. The proceedings including reply/filing of objections may be kept on hold til Sec 24 is decided. Prepare this front also b4 going ahead!

Unique provision Sec 24 can put the whole case on hold till it is decided at whatever stage it is.

he has not  responded to the divorce suit.Under what rule can i apply "Objections not filed"  in the court of law.

Coz if i talk wth my lawyer,he wil come up with different views.

I have filed 498 and i have filed divorce too.they have not responded to it. 3months  stipulated time have passed for them to answer,but they havent replied.Under what rule can i apply Objections not filed....or if there is anything i can take step please let me know

Has the notice been served?

If so, read my previous post and file for striking down the defence and proceed with ex-parte divorce.
