Divorce notice published in news paper

Hi All, Please advise on below quetions.

1) Is it possible to know Whether the court decided to get the (Divorce) notice published in News Paper or not? if so how we come to know?

2) How many hearings court will see to get the  (Divorce) notice published in News Paper?

3) Where these notice will get published ? Where the parties are staying or ?

4) If party didnt receive divorce notice from court, after publishing in news paper ,court will give exparte divorce to other party?

Divorce notices sends through lawyers  to the concern parties. But neither news paper publish nor court sends it..

1. if the summons were served but not reaches to the party then you have to take permission from the court to publish the matter in the leading newspaper, after getting permission publish The matter in the leading newspaper for info. 2. after publishing the notice in newspaper in second or third hearing date asks the court for ex- parte , court will set aside her and pass order for ex- parte evidence and then pass the ex- parte decree in your favour .

Which side of this problem you are if opponent wait till the summons comes to you. If order passed you can always apply for its review.
