Divorce on the grounds of cruelty

Hello experts,

Wife filed for divorce under cruelty but in the evidence she has submitted only one evidence i.e. one medical report of physical abuse whereas in her statement she has mentioned various incidents of false allegations of physical and mental abuse and not submitted any evidences except the above mentioned one medical certificate.

So just wanted to know that with only one medical report of any paticular physical abuse is sufficient to prove her grounds?

It depends on what is written in that MR

On that your fate lies.

Suppose if there has been no contact on such such date, then the report is false.

If also, they have submitted a wrong and false MR then also you can ask your lawyer to look into it.

They cannot just submiit a false report 2 months or 1 year later.
