Hi
My wife file for divorce in2009 which was dissmiss bcz she did't came to court. Then shifted to her home town. We have a son who is 13 yrs now i got visitation but my wife not allowed us to meet. in last 5 years she change three school's i don't know why she is doing so. my visitation once a month for 2 hrs is not working also. Because she did't allow us. what can i do for visitation ?

You can file a petition in the court for contempt also you can seek modification of visitation rights if you want as per the current circumstances.

rightly advised by Joshiji and Archanji .. Mr Bechara ... let your son NOT know that he is BECHARA.. HE HAS A BAAP. DEKHO KUCH SAAL BEETNE KE BAAD .... BAAPU ... BAAPU KEHKAR TUMHARE PAAS DAUDTHE AYEGA...
